R is for Reward: A-to-Z Challenge

chocolateWhat?  You thought this might be about a reward posted for??? Whaaaa?
I use chocolate as my reward.
Especially as I can’t have my favorite chocolate at night, because caffeine keeps me UP.  But mid-afternoon, I have worked my *** off doing detail work,
hundreds of stitches, or editing hundreds of images (I am NOT kidding you),
a nice nap sounds good, but I can’t do it
because I have slave-driver bosses (me and my husband) —
it is time for a pick-me-up.
My husband drinks more coffee.
I prefer my caffeine in dark chocolate with nibs and salt crystals, yummo!
Buddha is there to remind me to be one with the chocolate.

  1. Sammy D. says:

Two thumbs up for chocolate any time – reward, bribe, pick-me-up.

  2. susanissima says:

¡Viva chocolate! I like the one with chile, too.

  3. Here are some statistics I once came across: out of any randomly picked ten people, at least 14 (yes, 14!) are chocolate addicts. 😉 To merge caffeine with chocolate, and then “to be one with the chocolate…”, that’s just too good to be true. One of the most deliciously inspiring posts I’ve read in a long time!

Love to hear from you....
