Spreading Good Cheer

W14 2 Sketch Ganesha 2

I’ve been sick-sick-sick with the cold from hell, which is why no postings.  I can’t think straight.

I have been painting/sketching in bed, and am starting to post some of the images on dkatiepowellart.  I would  have thrown myself out the window if not for pen and ink.

I wanted to upload my cheery mug and one of my favorite Ganesha’s.  Mitchell and I both love Ganesha, and collect them: this is a small palm-sized resin statue, with my favorite potter’s mug, made special for me.  Her name is Deb Babcock.  You can find her at her Etsy Shop, Blue Sky Pottery!

I’m in bed, too, with food poisoning, but too sick to do watercolors yet. Spent the day deleting old email messages and watching watercolor vids online. Anyhow, Ganesha and your mug are perfect complements.
